- Agência de Bacia Litorânea e Alto Iguaçu;
- Agência de Bacia do Médio e Baixo Iguaçu;
- Agência de Bacia do Rio Piquiri, Paraná 2 e 3;
- Agência de Bacia do Rio Pirapó, Paranapanema 3 e 4; e,
