<idAbs>&lt;p&gt;Esta camada corresponde à base de gestão dos alertas de desmatamento do Projeto PRODES (Programa de Monitoramento do Desmatamento por Satélite) para o Estado do Paraná, administrada pelo Instituto Água e Terra (IAT), por meio do &lt;span&gt;Núcleo de Inteligência Geográfica e da Informação (NGI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Os dados espaciais são obtidos a partir das bases oficiais do INPE, disponibilizadas como dados abertos na plataforma dados.gov.br, e posteriormente integrados ao ambiente institucional do IAT, onde passam a ser utilizados para fins de controle, acompanhamento e atualização da situação dos alertas no âmbito da gestão ambiental estadual.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As feições representam áreas com detecção de supressão de vegetação nativa identificadas por sensoriamento remoto, conforme a metodologia oficial do PRODES. No contexto desta camada, os alertas são associados a informações de gestão interna, como análise técnica, encaminhamentos, sobreposição com autorizações, autos de infração ou outras providências administrativas, conforme os fluxos do IAT.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ressalta-se que a detecção do desmatamento pelo PRODES não configura, por si só, infração ambiental. A caracterização de irregularidade depende da análise administrativa conduzida pelo IAT, da verificação da existência de autorizações válidas e, quando aplicável, de ações de fiscalização e instrução processual.&lt;/p&gt;</idAbs>
